Huge boost to productivity on the telephone. This headset radically cuts external noise and distractions, allowing sharper focus on the call and discerning weaker sounds. Sound reproduction is excellent. Paired with the Vista/M22 amplifier it covers all of the audio spectrum and this dramatically helps understanding callers, especially higher pitched, rapid, low volume voices. Sound quality improved after several days of use, I've read this is common as a "burn in" time is needed for higher end headsets. Headset may feel bulkier and warmer than other models, this comes from the circumaural (around ear) design to reduce outside noise. Microphone sound quality is excellent. Used in noisy office building next to a runway.

Overall this is a good headset, however, it is so easy to break its not even funny. The snap bar on each headset to the over the head bar breaks with very little force requiring a replacement of a very expensive headset.
